My name is Tracey Dooley. Oh, you got that from the website URL. Doh! Okay [takes a deep breath], well, I am a copywriter and editor with sparkle. I work on a freelance project-by-project basis crafting or polishing words to help people communicate more effectively with others. I increase their impact and effectiveness, too. More sales is just one result. But I pride myself on removing the confusion that often surrounds words in different contexts.
I've been working with words for 18 years, crafting, bending and shaping them in the form of advertising, PR stories, marketing campaigns and internal communications pieces, to name a few. About seven years ago, I began to concentrate on copywriting, which has quickly become my core skill. I'm still expanding my knowledge and skill set, as I believe no one can claim they know everything (and actually mean it).
