    I’ll use the information you provide to assess your needs and either dispatch a quotation – pronto* – or email you for more specific information to help clarify your overall objectives and provide you with an accurate quote for what needs to be done. Whichever, I am confident that by working together we can both achieve a great deal.

  2. If my quote is within your budget, give me the go-ahead and we'll get started.
Since technology can go awry, I recommend that, to ensure you don't lose your information, you save any important information in a separate file first, like a text editor. Better to be safe than sorry...  :)
